We had a great day today! Everyone slept until a little after 8am, which is a feat in our house. I guess it is because we stayed at the Hallowes a little too late last night! C wanted pancakes so of course I obliged...and indulged. We managed to get to church only 5 minutes late, but D and I looked at each other in horror when the usher told us to sit up at the front on the right. Oh no! We were to the right of all of the clergy people and I was terrified. We ended up leaving right after Communion and hopefully no one heard the echo of M's voice while we made our escape. It was nice enough to have lunch outside on the deck so we did that and then hung out the rest of the day! It was almost 70 today, but I hear the rain will be back tomorrow. The kids were delighted that the Easter bunny stopped at our house after all!
